We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager, Australia & New Zealand. This pivotal role will directly support the General Manager (GM), and Senior Leadership team while contributing to the overall business success. The position requires strong organizational skills, a passion for communication, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage and facilitate the schedule for the GM, aligning business and customer priorities.

Organise and facilitate leadership team (LT) meetings, including minute-taking and ensuring action points are addressed.

Support strategic business initiatives by aligning actions to business priorities and working closely with leadership on key projects.

Assist in planning and executing key events, including national conferences, town halls, and speaker agendas.

Anticipate business needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations through strong prioritisation and planning skills.

Develop and manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and meeting minutes.

Provide administrative support, including report preparation, travel coordination, scheduling appointments and meetings, managing office equipment, handling general inquiries, and performing other office-related tasks.

Manage the Sydney HQ from an office support standpoint, liaising with facilities, caterers, and other support staff.
